Assembly paste based on molybdenum disulfide
Description
MOLY-PAUL GP 109 (S-722) is a black, mineral oil-based assembly paste with a lithium-soap MoS2 grease and a solid content of more than 50 % by volume. The paste is not suitable for use in oxygen equipment.
Fields of application
MOLY-PAUL GP 109 (S-722) is a high-performance lubricating and assembly grease for the running-in lubrication of heavy-duty slideways and guideways. It is used as anti-seize agent for screws/bolts and threaded connections and to lubricate and protect adjusting mechanisms. MOLY-PAUL GP 109 (S-722) is an assembly paste to press-fit bearings, discs and pins.
Method of application
MOLY-PAUL GP 109 (S-722) is applied using a spatula, brush or grease gun onto the previously cleaned surfaces. MOLY-PAUL GP 109 (S-722) is also available in small casks, i.e. 50 g tubes / brush-in-cap cans, and as spray.
